Goose Fajitas

Ingredients

Goose Breast Meat
Tortillas
Bell Peppers
Onions
Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
Cheddar Cheese
Oil

Instructions

Cut goose meat in long thin strips.
Fry in hot oil with peppers, onions and any other seasonings that you enjoy.
Warm tortilla in warm oven.
Place goose meat and vegetables on warm tortilla and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Roll up and serve immediately.
