Goose Steaks

Ingredients

Goose Breast (4)

Coca Cola 3 cans

Bacon

2 cups Mushrooms

1 stick Butter

Instructions

Breast out your goose into skinless, boneless fillets.
Soak in coke for 2-4 hours.
Pound and flatten slightly with meat hammer and use some meat tenderizer if available.
Wrap 3 strips of bacon around each goose steak.
Grill to desired doneness.
Serve covered with mushrooms that have been sautéed in butter.
